Requisitos: Requirements: -At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Mandatory experience in implementing Loyalty Programs. -Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies. -Creativity to build brand working very close with agencies, IT, digital & brand content teams to deliver noteworthy content to each consumer segment as well as come with original initiatives to engage customers. -Proactivity, problem-solving and strong planning & project leadership skills are required. -Speed to market detecting & solving. -Necessary expert in Salesforce, Google Analytics, B.I. databases, Powerpoint and Excel. -English and Spanish: Writing and speaking excellent level. -Desirable SAP knowledge
